Product Description:
This Lever Type Load Binder features a robust one-piece drop-forged alloy steel structure, ensuring superior structural integrity and overall rigidity. Different from traditional ratchet load binders, it adopts an advanced over-center lever locking mechanism, enabling much faster tensioning, tighter chain fastening and instant quick release with minimal physical effort. This unique mechanical design greatly improves working efficiency, making it ideal for frequent loading and unloading operations.
Fully compatible with standard G70 and G80 grade lashing chains, each binder is equipped with high-strength forged grab hooks for firm chain connection and stable load holding. The whole body is processed with heat treatment and anti-rust surface finishing, featuring excellent hardness, anti-deformation performance and strong corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor and heavy-duty use.
