G80 Clevis Sling Hook with Safety Catch for lifting chain sling 

Product Description:

G80 lifting hook for lifting chain sling. The many types are sling hooks, Clevis Sling Hook,Swivel Eye Hook,self-locking hooks, grab hooks, and foundry hooks. They are made from strong alloy steel like Grade 80 or Grade 100.

Common Types of Chain Sling Hooks. Manufactured from high-quality manganese steel and subjected to high-strength quenching and tempering treatments.

• Sling Hook: Wide throat opening with a spring latch for general lifting.

• Self-Locking Hook: Automatically locks shut, ensure safty.

• Grab Hook: Narrow throat with a cradle design to hold a chain link securely, often used to adjust chain leg length.  The hook features a seamless, weld-free design created through an integral forging process, eliminating stress concentration points;
The hook opening edges are chamfered to prevent damage to heavy loads or injury to operators;
Each hook undergoes 100% load testing to ensure stability under rated load conditions.
