Product Description:
Anti-collision Manual Plain Trolley is an upgraded and optimized push-type monorail travelling device for industrial overhead lifting systems. Different from ordinary standard trolleys, its trolley frame is integrally equipped with sturdy mechanical anti-collision baffles on both ends. When the trolley travels to the limit position of the I-beam track, the built-in baffles provide effective buffer and reliable limiting protection, intelligently preventing equipment overtravel, sliding out of the track and accidental collision damage, greatly improving overall operation safety.
This upgraded trolley adopts a thickened integral welded steel frame structure, featuring high structural rigidity, strong compression resistance and excellent deformation resistance under long-term heavy-load operation. Equipped with a professional anti-derail wheel structure, it completely avoids derailment and falling risks during overhead travelling.
